What are the leasing terms for salon suites?
Salon suites can be leased for six (6) month terms at reasonable rates.
When are salon suite rents due?
Salon rents are paid either weekly or monthly.
What utilities are included with a salon suite lease?
All utilities are included (water, electricity, and high speed Wi-Fi).
Will I have a key to my own salon suite?
Each salon owner will have a key-less entry code to the main salon and one (1) key for their private suite.
What additional amenities are offered with a salon suite lease?
In addition, the salon offers an owner’s lounge, cleaning of the commons areas, free on-site laundry facilities, surveillance/security systems, high ceilings and ample parking.
