This person will interact with prospective and current residents, assist with apartment tours and applications, and help provide a positive resident experience.Location is in Akron, OHFlexible schedule - pick your days and hours to workPay rate starting at $20/hr.ResponsibilitiesGreet prospective residents and provide information about available apartmentsConduct property and apartment toursRespond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiriesAssist prospective residents with applications and required documentationFollow up with prospective residents regarding availability and next stepsAssist with lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in coordinationMaintain accurate resident and prospect informationProvide friendly customer service to current residentsAssist with general administrative and front-office responsibilitiesWork closely with property management and maintenance teams as neededQualificationsPrevious leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsFriendly, professional, and comfortable working with the publicOrganized with good attention to detailComfortable using computers, email, and basic office softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentDependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
